TRX Features

TRX is one of the exercise methods used in fitness that uses your own body weight, which is suspended in the air with elastic straps. During workouts, you can focus on specific muscle groups or do a general workout to develop the whole body. The main and simplest exercises using TRX straps are squats on one or two legs, push-ups with arms or legs in resistance loops, pull-ups in a standing or lying position, and jumping. In addition to strength or endurance training, TRX straps are ideal for rehabilitation exercises. Proprioceptive training, which is performed using TRX bands, is an integral part of the rehabilitation process after joint sprains and dislocations, as well as ligament ruptures or limb fractures.
