Classic massage

Classic massage is one of the most popular therapeutic and relaxing procedures. It can work over the entire body or focus on specific parts of it, such as the back, neck, legs or arms. During the procedure the masseur uses various techniques, constantly changing the pressure and intensity of the movements. The classic general massage enhances blood circulation and improves the functioning of the lymphatic system. It has a positive effect on the functioning of the nervous system, promotes muscle relaxation, improves joint mobility, and is also recommended after sprain and bruises caused by rheumatic and degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system.

Sport massage

Sports massage is performed during the breaks of a competition. It can also be performed after or before training. Its purpose is to maintain the nervous and cardiovascular systems, as well as prepare the muscles for active loads, or to relieve muscle tension. Active sports massage instantly warms up the muscles, ligaments, and articular apparatus, allowing the muscles to maintain contractility, and the ligaments to keep their flexibility. Unlike classical massage, which can last up to 90 minutes, sports massage lasts no more than 45 minutes, and more often no more than 15 minutes.

Lymphatic drainage massage

Before carrying out any type of massage, you need to take a shower and not consume heavy food and alcohol between 1 and 1.5 hours before the procedure.
