Boxing is one of the oldest martial arts: its history dates back to Ancient Greece and Rome, and it acquired its modern look in England in the middle of the 18th century, where it began to be called “the sport of gentlemen”. Today professional boxing is considered one of the most spectacular types of martial arts, and the boxing sections annually host thousands of students, both children and adults.

During boxing training under the guidance of a professional trainer, you can learn not only the striking technique, but also develop endurance, strength and speed. Boxing usually begins with rack training. You will be taught to move and strike correctly. During the course of the training you will develop your fighting skills, coordination, and boxing IQ, which will allow you to “read” your opponent and anticipate his actions. Boxing training builds character, and when choosing this sport, be ready for hard work in the gym. This is the only way to get the desired result.
